We are sure that you will love the work completed for you by Mercier Pistol Works. We also understand that sometimes things happen… Should you find yourself not completely happy with the work performed by Mercier Pistol Works please allow us the opportunity to make it right before you seek a solution elsewhere so that your warranty stays applicable. Below you will find our warranty statement and criteria.

                                                                                                          Limited Lifetime Warranty

Mercier Precision Works (also known as Mercier Pistol Works) offers a lifetime warranty, limited to the repair or replacement, at its sole discretion, of all parts and products that were created by Mercier Precision Works that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of the product when properly maintained and under normal use and service. Mercier Precision Works does NOT warranty OEM or customer provided parts found to have failed from a manufacturer defect, OEM parts and customer provided parts are warranted solely on performance failure due to modifications performed by Mercier Precision Works. Repaired or replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis and will either be new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Mercier Precision Works is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. This warranty does not cover any damage to any product that results from misuse, abuse, improper or lack of maintenance or unauthorized service or modification and does not apply to any product that has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second hand, or resold (unless pistol has been returned to Mercier Precision Works for a full inspection and found to be in good working order for a fee of $200.00 paid by either the seller or buyer). The determination of coverage or applicability of this warranty is solely Mercier Precision Works’, and its only obligation will be the repair, replacement, or refund for defective products. The owner is responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims. If the issues are found to NOT be a result of misuse, abuse, improper or lack of maintenance or unauthorized service or modification, the cost of shipping will be reimbursed. This warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase unless the above criteria for transferring the warranty have been satisfied. Mercier Precision Works reserves the right to change the terms of this End User Customer Warranty at any time without prior notice.
