There are plenty of good pistols in the world. Most will do everything that's ever asked of them, and for most people that's enough. Our Light-Weight Semi-Custom line makes no argument with any of them.

It exists for the person who wants less weight and no less capability. A pistol built to be carried all day, every day, without asking you to trade precision for comfort or comfort for precision.

Aluminum frame riding on the Acc-U-Rail system — the same system we use in our enhancement package work — so the slide-to-frame fit that leaves our shop is the fit you'll still feel years down the line. A 3 lb roll trigger built from hand-selected, hand-tuned components, because we believe it's the best trigger in the industry and we build every one to prove it. A Kart NM barrel fit at the lower lugs and front bearing surface to a tolerance that most carry guns never see — built because I never accepted the idea that a carry gun has to choose between accuracy and reliability. It doesn't. It shouldn't have to. A Charyn Optic Plate that puts your red dot and your irons on the same plane, so you never have to think about which one you brought. 4.1" or 5". Single stack 1911 or double stack 2011. Built to your hand, not to a catalog number.

Semi-custom means the essentials were selected by someone who carried a gun for a living and now builds them with that same intent. What's left is a short list of proven options for you to make your own. The MPW-LW. Light enough to carry without a second thought. Precise enough that you never need a second one.

Due to current projects and scheduled work already on the books, our production capacity is limited to one Light-Weight build per month. This ensures we meet every estimated delivery date without compromise. Work begins once orders are placed and frames return from Acc-U-Rail. If we determine that additional LW builds can be added without impacting other commitments, production may increase later — but for now, one per month keeps the standard where it belongs.

$7,750.00 +S&H, Build list for the first 12 Light Weight pistols is currently CLOSED. When the list for the next 12 opens a $2,000.00 non‑refundable parts pre‑payment secures your position on the build list. If at any point you are unable to move forward with your scheduled build and another client is able to assume your spot by paying the required parts pre‑payment, we will gladly return your original pre‑payment once their funds have been received.
