The following is a simple set of instructions when shipping your pistol to ensure that it arrives successfully, and I can properly evaluate it to best determine what steps we take throughout the
process to achieve your goals for the gun(s).
• Please email the following information to MercierPistolWorks@outlook.com
· Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
· Make, model, caliber and serial # of your firearm.
· The amount you wish to have your pistol(s) insured for during shipment (Mercier Pistol Works pays up to $2000.00 worth of insurance). If you select to have additional insurance coverage added to the shipment(s) for your pistol, the difference will be added to the final balance due.
• Ensure that your pistol is unloaded prior to placing it into a pistol case or bag for shipment.
• Include a minimum of 2 empty magazines (4 maximum) per gun.
• If possible please ensure all accessories you plan to use are on or with the gun so that I can test it in the condition you intend it to be in after I finish your work (optics, magwells, etc.
• Include any tools or equipment proprietary to disassemble your pistol.
• Do NOT send any ammunition with the pistol.
• Send any necessary tools or parts to disassemble your pistol.
• Place a note with your name into the case or bag the pistol is in.
• Place a copy of the provided Federal Firearms License into the case or bag the pistol is in.
• If you have chosen to have your pistol Measured and evaluated prior to work being done please include a check or money order in the bag for $200(for each pistol) for the evaluation fee.
· The $200 evaluation fee will be applied toward the final bill for any work agreed on and completed over $600
· Checks can be made out to Eric Mercier or Mercier Pistol Works, if a wire transfer or other means of payment is
desired, please let me know.
• Securely box your pistol, magazines and check if applicable.
• Affix the FedEx shipping label that I provided, then ship.
When I receive the pistol, I will notify you and begin the evaluation process. Once your pistol has been measured up, we will reconvene on a phone call to discuss the findings and how you would like to proceed. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

• Ensure that your pistol is unloaded prior to placing it onto a pistol case or bag for shipment.
• Include a minimum of 2 empty magazines (4 maximum) per gun.
• If possible please ensure all accessories you plan to use are on or with the gun so that I can test
• it in the condition you intend it to be in after I finish your work (optics, magwells, etc.)
• Include any tools or equipment proprietary to disassemble your pistol.

• If you are not having your gun inspected and evaluated then you do not need to send the $200 evaluation fee. You only need to send the amount for shipping which is included in the return email with the shipping label and FFL.

• Securely box your pistol, magazines, payment and ship to;

A fee of $135.00 for shipping and handling through Fed Ex will be applied to each Federally controlled item, shipped and insured to the customer.
A fee of $30.00 for shipping and handling through shop selected carrier will be applied to each package containing non federally controlled firearms part.
ALL return shipping will occur on Monday through Wednesday.
