       In Greek mythology, Homados was the personification of battle-noise—the shouts, cries, and confusion of men and the clashing of their weapons. 

    Transforming your current pistol and converting it to a compensated or mono comp (conversion (front of comp is flush with the front of eh frame dust cover) with a coned compensator completed to as close to Marvel based specs as your pistol will allow. 

     The Homados Package takes your currently owned 1911 and/or 2011 pistol from its current condition and brings it to full Marvel spec custom quality perfection! This results in your  Homados  pistol being the most accurate, reliable, and long-lasting comped pistol for far less time and money than obtaining a Marvel spec custom pistol.

     Your  Homados  package starts with tightening up the slide to frame fit by having a set of Acc-U-Rails fit to your pistol. This ensures that the slide is moving with only the necessary up and down and side to side movement, creating an environment allowing your properly fit barrel to start and return from a consistent lock-up each and every time. 

  Your existing barrel is machined to the proper length and then threaded so a permanently affixed coned comp can be fit to the front of you machined slide to to very tight tolerances that allow for reduced recoil impulse paired with incredible accuracy. Your  Homados  comes with a new hand-tuned slide stop, which your barrel legs are hand-fit to, so that there is as close as possible to 100% bearing surface fit between the barrel legs and slide stop pin. When locked up, your barrel legs will rest in a repeatable and consistent manner on the slide stop pin with maximum interface and minimal interference.

     Your Homados  also receives our Complete Custom Trigger Job which includes all new purposely-selected and hand-tuned ignition components, as well as a new Everglades Ammunition trigger cut to your desired length and set to your desired weight, for one of the most superior feeling triggers in the industry. All triggers are set and sent out at no less than 3lbs for carry, duty or personal defense use. 

-SPEED PACK, replaces standard components with a Skeletonized trigger shoe, Litespeed Hammer, Ultra Light Sear, Ultra Light Disconnector, Sub 3lb Sear spring for an additional $120.

     Your  Homados  will also receive the complete Enhanced Performance Package tuning nearly every other part of the gun to Marvel specs which allows your pistol to achieve its full potential in accuracy and reliability allowing your  Homados to provide years of unparalleled performance and enjoyment.

     Your  Homados  receives a 200 round test fire to confirm accuracy and function. After all work is completed, your Slide, barrel, coned comp, hammer, hammer strut, slide stop, magazine catch, magazine catch lock and both Accu-u-Rails are then coated in DLC for a matte Dark Grey finish.

     Each  Homados  is issued its own number and will wear the Mercier Pistol Works logo with your “H#” on the hood of your barrel (an unmarked version is available at customer request).  A letter of authenticity with important measurements  accompanies each Mercier Pistol  Works  Homados
